Catri’s joyful approach to yoga creates a welcoming and playful atmosphere during her classes. She celebrates your uniqueness, always giving variations and modifications to suit every body and all abilities.
Taking inspiration from her various trainings and immersions in different styles of yoga (Ashtanga and Vinyasa with Kranti yoga, Yin with Norman Blair and Embodied flow immersion with Tara Judelle) Catri creates challenging, yet relaxing classes.
Through intentional attention and movement, Catri facilitates the opportunity for you to develop a better relationship with your mental, physical and emotional body. Helping you to improve self-awareness, mind management, strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga.
Catri believes our yoga practice should be adaptive to whatever is present for us when we come to our mats. Every day we need something different, which is why she shares a variety of yoga teachings in a variety of ways. Catri specialises in working with people on a ‘one to one’ or ‘one to few’ basis, creating bespoke programmes designed to best suit the individuals needs. Private sessions are a great way to start practicing, gain confidence as a beginner, to help recover after an injury or to deepen an existing yoga practice. Catri leads public classes at various locations in London, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire in the styles of Flow, yin and Ashtanga. All of Catri’s classes are challenging yet relaxing, with a focus on alignment in poses and plenty of adjustments whilst making the yoga and meditation practice accessible to all. Catri will encourage you to develop your self-awareness on the mat so you can build resilience of the mat.
