Did realising you had ADHD give you answers... but also more questions?
The ADHD Audit helps you make sense of it all — with clarity, compassion, and a personalised action plan.
A one-off 90-minute session that blends a structured ADHD audit with 1:1 ADHD coaching support — helping you explore how ADHD may be affecting your focus, emotions, memory, motivation and more, so you can finally stop guessing what’s “just you”… and start supporting your brain in a way that works.
Getting diagnosed — or even just realising you likely have ADHD — can be a turning point. But more often than not, it leaves you with even more questions:
👉 What’s me, and what’s my ADHD?
👉 How do I actually start supporting myself?
The ADHD Audit is here to help you bridge that gap.
We’ll gently explore how ADHD may be showing up in your daily life — from executive functioning challenges like planning, focus, and task initiation, to the deeper layers of purpose and meaning, confidence, emotional regulation and wellbeing.
But this isn’t about fixing yourself or ticking boxes.
It’s about helping you understand your patterns, name what’s happening, validate what’s hard, and feel less alone — all while building a toolkit of simple, brain-friendly strategies that meet you exactly where you are.

What my clients have to say…
👋🏻 Hi, I’m Catri
You’re probably here for one of these reasons:
🌱 You’re looking to become more neuroinclusive in your work by better understanding ADHD and neurodiversity. I love to hear it.
🌱 You have (or think you might have) ADHD and are looking for help to understand and develop strategies to better manage your brain from someone who gets it. I’ve got you.
🌱 You have an ADHD or neurodivergent family member, friend or colleague and you want to know how you can support them more and be an ally. Thank you for being here.
Here’s the official bit about me 👇
I’ve been helping individuals and global companies with their personal and professional wellbeing and development through 1:1 and group coaching, courses, talks and workshops for 7+ years now. After being diagnosed with ADHD aged 33, I’m on a mission to show the world the value in neurodiversity, to celebrate different ways of thinking and to create better environments where all neurotypes can thrive. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, my official title is “Trauma Informed ADHD Coach and Neurdiversity Trainer”.
If I were to toot my own horn for a moment, I’d tell you:
🎺 I’ve had the pleasure of creating workshops and trainings for renowned organisations and institutions such as Lululemon, Brewdog, Oxford University and The Courtauld Institute of Art.
🗞️ You’ll see me featured in Metro, Cosmopolitan Magasine, Newsweek, Stylist and more
🤸 I’m a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador
🧡 I’ve survived been in a coma and lived to tell the tale, lived 33 years with undiagnosed ADHD, and have recovered from burnouts, panic attacks, eating disorders and many failures.
🎙️ I hosted a podcast that amassed 30k downloads (and then put down the mic in the name of sustainable productivity)
