Hi, Catri Barrett here, I am so excited that you are planning to purchase my Well Rooted Coaching Programme. Before you buy the course there are a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. Please read the terms below and if you have any questions once you’ve finished please do not hesitate to get in touch and I would be happy to chat further.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the live group coaching programme, “Well Rooted” offered by Catri Barrett. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Catri Barrett (“I”, “me” or “my”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Well Rooted. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.
Programme Outline
Well Rooted is a live group coaching programme which uses trauma-informed coaching, psychoeducation, mindset and regulation techniques to support ADHD adults in building self-trust, emotional resilience, and a more grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves
Programme Specifics
You will receive access to the full Well Rooted experience, depending on the option you select to purchase at checkout:
Option a) Well Rooted Group Programme:
4 x weekly 90-minute live group ADHD coaching sessions led by Catri (Zoom)
Weekly ADHD-friendly tools and reflection prompts
A downloadable self-coaching workbook (Google Doc)
Access to a private online community of fellow ADHDers hosted on Whatsapp or Voxer
Six month access to replays of sessions
Option B) VIP Well Rooted Programme:
Includes everything above, plus:
2 x 1:1 60-minute ADHD Coaching Sessions with Catri (over Zoom). To be booked before 30th July 2025.
Pocket ADHD Coaching: Monday to Friday voice-note/message support via Voxer
This programme is delivered entirely in English and no translations will be given. It is recommended that participants set aside time for weekly reflection and integration to get the most from the content and sessions.
This programme is designed for adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
All services delivered under this programme are offered as coaching, psychoeducational and educational services. I, Catri Barrett, and my programme Well Rooted does not provide therapy, counselling, medical treatment, mental health diagnosis, or a substitute for therapeutic support.
The content and guidance provided during this programme are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. Nothing shared should be considered medical, legal, or financial advice. If any topic raises personal or clinical concerns, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional in your jurisdiction.
Participants can expect to receive tools, reflection prompts, and coaching that may increase self-awareness, self-regulation, emotional resilience, and understanding of ADHD and neurodivergent wellbeing. However, results are dependent on the participant’s engagement, reflection, and implementation of the practices discussed.
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality content and support, individual outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations of the material shared.
The Programme Provider (Catri Barrett) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage (including loss of business, opportunity, data, profits, reputation or personal wellbeing) arising out of participation in this programme.
The effectiveness of this programme is dependent on your honest participation and commitment to the process. Catri Barrett cannot be held responsible for outcomes impacted by withheld information or lack of engagement.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

In order for me to deliver the services outlined in this agreement, you may share information related to health, neurodiversity, and wellbeing. This constitutes special category personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By agreeing to these terms by making payment for the programme, you explicitly consent to the processing and secure storage of this data for the purpose of delivering effective coaching services.
As a participant in the Well Rooted group coaching programme, you may witness or be part of conversations where other participants choose to share personal, sensitive, or emotional disclosures — including experiences related to ADHD..
By enrolling in this programme, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants.
This includes:
Not sharing, repeating, or referencing anything that is said by other group members outside the context of the group
Not screen-recording, copying, forwarding, or quoting from any group conversations — including within the private WhatsApp or Voxer community
Treating every participant with respect, compassion, and care, even if their experience differs from your own
Participation in group discussions or community spaces is entirely optional. You are under no obligation to share personal information, and are encouraged to only disclose what feels safe and appropriate for you.
Please note that ADHD is considered sensitive personal data under UK data protection law. You are encouraged to be mindful about what you choose to share, and to only disclose what aligns with your current emotional safety and boundaries.
Use of Testimonials, Quotes and Screenshots
From time to time, I may wish to share elements of your experience (such as quotes, screenshots, or feedback) as part of future marketing for Well Rooted or other ADHD coaching offerings.
In line with UK GDPR, I will never share any identifying information, screenshots, or quotes without your explicit written consent. This includes material shared in live sessions, the private WhatsApp/Voxer community, or written feedback.
If I do request your permission to use a quote or screenshot, I will:
Ask for your consent clearly and specifically
Offer you the option to approve, decline, or request anonymisation
Any quotes or testimonials you choose to provide voluntarily (e.g. through a feedback form) may be used anonymously in future promotions, but only if you have opted in to this use.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@catribarrett.com. Upon withdrawal, I will cease using your material in any new marketing and will remove it from active pages where reasonably possible.
Payment Terms
Well Rooted - standard package
The cost of the Well Rooted programme payment plan is 2x monthly payments of £125 (earlybird pricing). This is a 2x monthly payment and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
The cost of the Well Rooted programme is £350 (earlybird pricing). This is a one-off payment and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
VIP Well Rooted Payment Terms - VIP Package
The cost of the VIP Well Rooted programme is £600 (earlybird pricing). This is a one-off payment and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
The cost of the VIP Well Rooted programme payment plan is 2x monthly payments of £300 (earlybird pricing). This is a 2x monthly payment and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
Refunds and Cancellation
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the programme. This is known as the “cooling off period.”
If you choose to begin the programme immediately (e.g. attend a live session, access materials, or receive coaching support) within this 14-day period, you agree that a pro rata deduction will be applied based on the value of the services already delivered.
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please email hello@catribarrett.com with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
After the 14-day period, no refunds will be given.
Coaching Session Cancellations (VIP Clients Only)
If you are enrolled in the VIP tier, your 1:1 coaching sessions must be scheduled and used within the programme period before the end of July 2025.
You are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a 1:1 session. Any sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a missed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Intellectual Property
All content shared within the Well Rooted programme — including but not limited to written materials, workbooks, slides, exercises, coaching tools, audio recordings, session replays, and community discussions — is the intellectual property of Catri Barrett Coaching and is protected by UK copyright law.
By enrolling in this programme, you agree that all materials provided are for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, share, distribute, publish, or resell any part of the content — whether for free or for commercial gain — without prior written permission from Catri Barrett.
You may not use any aspect of the programme — including the structure, frameworks, or exercises — in your own business, coaching, teaching, therapeutic or consulting practice. This includes adapting or rebranding the content as your own.
Group session recordings are for the personal use of registered participants only and must not be shared outside of the programme under any circumstances.
Any breach of this clause will be treated seriously and may result in legal action to protect the integrity and value of the intellectual property created.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the programme please do share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love this programme as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to hello@catribarrett.com
General
Throughout the programme Well Rooted, I or my assistant will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. I or my assistant will endeavour to respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the programme delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course
It is the intention that the Well Rooted programme will run for 4 weeks consecutively. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session to be postponed it will be added to the end of the programme. All sessions will have taken place within a 6-week period from the start of the course.
Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. Catri Barrett will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other programme participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate Catri Barrett reserves the right to remove you from the programme with immediate effect.
Private Community Group
As part of the Well Rooted programme, you will have access to a private community group hosted on either WhatsApp or Voxer. This space is designed to offer informal peer support, encouragement, and connection with fellow participants during the programme.
The community group is intended to enhance the programme experience by creating a sense of shared journey — however, participation is entirely optional. You are under no obligation to contribute, and you are encouraged to honour your own boundaries around what you share.
From time to time, Catri may post messages, prompts, or encouragement in the group. However, there is no guarantee that individual posts will receive a response. All formal coaching takes place during the weekly live Zoom calls, and any programme-related questions should be directed to hello@catribarrett.com.
Please note that the WhatsApp or Voxer platform is a third-party service, and Catri Barrett Coaching does not own or control the technical functionality or availability of the platform. I make no guarantees that the group will be accessible at all times and cannot be held responsible for outages or access issues.
While I will set expectations for respectful conduct, I am not responsible for the content, opinions, or advice shared by participants within the group. I encourage all participants to engage kindly, maintain confidentiality, and seek direct support where needed.
Breach of group conduct guidelines — including disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour — may result in removal from the group at Catri’s discretion, without refund.
